Adam Leonti is a rising-star chef who first made a name for himself at Vetri in Philadelphia. His luxurious white-tablecloth restaurant on the Upper West Side serves straightforward Italian classics like ribollita and vitello tonnato alongside stunning artichoke lasagna and dramatically presented salt-baked branzino. They bake their amazing breads in-house along with scrumptious sage-accented cannoli. Velvet curtains, carpeting and well-spaced tables enhance privacy and keep the decibel level low.
