Family-owned and run by the ever-hospitable Hadi Alavian, Lisca proves that a great dining experience is all about good service, excellent food and a pleasant, neighborhood setting, sans attitude and extravagant prices. Every Monday and Tuesday night, pasta dishes are only $11, and on any given day of the week, the menu is impressive, ranging from mussels and baby octopus to osso buco, chicken marsala and the special gnocchi of the day.
