Marathi brings a unique perspective to Greek cuisine by focusing on homestyle Cretan cooking peppered with innovative culinary technique and creativity. Made with golden olive oil from the island’s fertile soils, and served with the extraordinary pride of the Cretan people, every meal at Marathi is as much a heartfelt tribute to the island as it is a fresh reimagining of Crete’s staple dishes.
