Tomer Blechman, chef-propriétaire né en Israël, a appris à cuisiner de sa grand-mère et a passé du temps à Gramercy Tavern, Maialino et Lupa. Son houmous aux pois chiches chauds, au foie de poulet et à l’oignon caramélisé, sa ricotta fouettée au beurre brun et au miel et son saumon écrasé de za’atar sont sortis de ce monde.
