Description
Nicholas Morgenstern’s Greenwich Village ice cream parlor features 88 super-creamy flavors, but it’s more than a scoop shop. The pastry chef’s sweet innovations include a King Kong Banana Split with sesame caramel, black-and-white profiteroles and the Chocolate Deluxe (the cake, ice cream, sorbet and whipping cream are all chocolate). Ice cream flavors range from classic butter pecan and rum raisin to nuanced vanillas (Madagascar, French, angel food). Indoor seating is limited but there are several outdoor tables.
