Description
It began in Japan with two college friends, Takatoshi Nagara and Takayuki Watanabe, who realized their dream of opening a ramen restaurant, Bigaya, in Tokyo in 2009. They realized they had one more goal: opening up a ramen shop in New York City, bringing the delicious variations of ramen from Japan. Thus was born Mr. Taka Ramen on the Lower East Side. Now their ramen creations are available in Dumbo.
