Description
Nur is the first restaurant outside Israel for Meir Adoni, a celebrity chef in Tel Aviv. The Flatiron District space has a golden glow and a lively vibe, full of young people sharing crispy Syrian pancakes filled with spiced lamb, Palestinian-style beef tartare with smoked eggplant cream and raw tahini, and exotic desserts like “Hills of Jerusalem,” a cardamom-accented fusion of chocolate and halvah, crispy Jerusalem artichokes, pistachio cream and smoked yogurt ice cream.
