Hand Hospitality (Atoboy, Atomix) is behind this soothing, minimalist restaurant in Nomad. Seasoned rice and Korean-style hot pots are cooked at your table, everything meticulously timed by an exceptional staff. Start with the sweet-tinged green edamame pancake topped with cream cheese and the richly flavored grilled short rib patty with glass noodles and enoki mushrooms.
