The vibe is sleek, modern and also familial—Peter Giannakas is the chef, and brother Chris runs the business. Also involved are their parents, Ioannis and Evangelia Giannakas, who bring 55 years of experience to the traditional fare. Peter stays true to the core roots of Greek cuisine, twisting fresh flavors into new classics. Designed by Chris, Ovelia's decor marries organic elements with modern innovations, suggesting a dining experience that is refreshingly familiar.
