Le Parm Battery Park, leur troisième emplacement, a ouvert ses portes en juin 2015 à Brookfield Place avec 140 places à l’intérieur, ainsi qu’un grand bar avec 26 places. Parm est spécialisé dans les sandwichs, mais propose également une large sélection de plats italiens et américains. Le restaurant est l’endroit idéal pour un dîner en famille ou une réunion d’affaires. Il propose également des plats à emporter et un service traiteur pour les grands groupes. Parm est détenue et exploitée par Major Food Group, un groupe de restaurants basé à New York, fondé par Mario Carbone, Rich Torrisi et Jeff Zalaznick.
