Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers is a Louisiana-based restaurant specializing in chicken fingers. It was founded in 1996 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana by Todd Graves. The company is named after Graves' dog, a yellow Labrador. The menu at Raising Cane's is quite simple: chicken fingers, crinkle-cut fries, Texas toast, cole slaw, a chicken fingers sandwich, Cane's Sauce, and soft drinks, also presented as combos and "Tailgate" trays.
