Description
Louisiana-style cooking via the Greek islands sounds like a strange pedigree, but partners and good friends Emeril Lagasse and Yiannis Chatiris (Mykonos Blue) make it work. Rodos (aka Rhodes, the island Chatiris is from) is a narrow restaurant off the lobby of Nomad’s Hotel Henri, with a watch-the-world-go-by patio out front. Get the crisp duck wings with Greek chili honey, crawfish-stuffed clams and seafood gumbo with andouille sausage.
