Route 66 Smokehouse is a restaurant and bar located on historic Stone Street in Manhattan’s Financial District (FiDi), specializing in bourbon, brew and barbecue. Chef Billy Kooper's menu features unique twists on beloved barbecue and American recipes, with a strong emphasis on hand-selected ingredients from farm-to-table vendors. Their all-American whiskey list comprises an array of allocated bourbons, ryes and whiskeys. On tap is a strictly 100 percent American craft beer selection. During the warmer months, you can enjoy dining on their 90-person patio.
