Chef-partners Hemant Mathur and Surbhi Sahni have created a colorful, classy environment for lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. Cauliflower latkes with cranberry chutney, lamb kebabs with papaya, and cilantro and tamarind-glazed tiger shrimp display contemporary twists. And the fresh hot garlic naan with scoops of creamy black lentils is heaven.
