Description
Malaysian and Singaporean flavors blaze at Singapura, a bright, bustling restaurant in Gramercy inspired by Southeast Asian beach bars. Featuring a Singaporean-inspired drink and food menu by chef Salil Mehta (Wau, Laut Union Square), Singapura not only offers hawker (food court) food but also dishes from the Peranakan and Eurasian communities in Singapore. A centerpiece of Singapura is the tiki bar counter made from bamboo and adorned with hanging plants, where signature drinks are served in tiki goblets and panda-shaped glasses.
