Sushi Lab is a New York City–born innovative concept with unique creations based on traditional sushi. This East Village location offers a warm and intimate omakase dining experience. Their chefs will take patrons on a food journey for the senses. You can expect an innovative omakase menu with highlights such as fresh truffle, caviar, and A5 Wagyu. Sushi Lab East Village offers two omakase options: $69 for 12-courses or $100 for 15 signature courses. Reservations are highly encouraged for this location.
