Description
Jean-Georges Vongerichten has put his mark on The Mark, creating a deluxe comfort-food menu that includes black truffle pizza with fontina cheese, a triple-decker croque monsieur and caramelized beef tenderloin with Gruyère sauce. Convenient to Central Park, major museums and high-end shopping, the hotel attracts cultured British and other European clientele. Designer Jacques Grange recently conducted a top-to-toe renovation, modernizing the restaurant and bar.
