Partners Coffee

Description

Partners Coffee (formerly Toby's Estate) specializes in small-batch roasting, scouring the world for the best coffee that they proudly serve in their Brooklyn café, where they also offer breakfast and lunch—both homemade and from local bakeries. In addition to being their first location and home to their roastery (where patrons can actually watch baristas roast, hand package and test the coffee for quality), this Williamsburg café houses a “brew school” that teaches classes on how to make the best cup of coffee. If that weren’t enough there’s even a pop-up brew bar every weekend with a deluxe pour-over menu.
