Description
Tong is a modern Thai restaurant and bar offering up small plates (kub klaem) in an industrial-chic space. These small dishes include goi neu (Isaan style spicy beef tartare with toasted rice) and gai tod (crisp fried chicken thighs topped with crispy shallots)—a specialty of the city of Hat Yai—among several small plates and snacks from all over Thailand meant to be munched on with whisky, beer or cocktails.
