Yumpling

Description

The secret to Yumpling’s scrumptious Taiwanese food is using the freshest ingredients and preparing its dishes in small batches. What started as a stall at the LIC Flea in 2015, selling fried chicken and dumplings, and expanded into a food truck, satisfying the hungry lunch crowd in Midtown, has settled into a casual, no-frills Long Island City storefront, boasting a larger menu than ever. The crispy fried Taiwanese chicken and dumplings remain, but they are accompanied by rice bowls, beef noodle soup and bubble tea, among other specialties.
