This East Coast outpost of the Giant Robot mini-empire—which includes a magazine and two West Coast locations—is a mecca for anyone on the hunt for Japanese pop-art T-shirts, posters and accessories, as well as toys like Ugly Dolls and Domokuns. Giant Robot features a gallery space in the front of the store, which regularly mounts exhibitions by heavy-hitters of the Japanese pop-art and comic-art scenes.
