The place is designed with Aldo’s relaxed approach to good food and wine in mind— drink, eat, share, relax and enjoy. Aldo Sohm Wine Bar features a changing wine list with one simple rule: there are no rules. They offer more than 40 by the glass and 200 by the bottle options as well as a monthly flight program. The food menu is made for sharing, and pairing. Each dish has been created in tandem with Aldo’s philosophy on the relationship between food and wine; one should enhance the other, and both should be equally, and simply enjoyed.
