Aria Wine Bar

Putting a feminine spin on the concept of an Italian wine bar, Aria serves only wine made by women winemakers—a conceit for sure, but one that's rewarding. Aria's pretty space—communal table, soft lighting and all—sits toward the southern end of the West Village, and is an ideal date spot. This is the newest venture from Roberto Passon, a respected restaurateur with experience running Italian places uptown.
