The bar comes from Danny Meyer’s Union Square Hospitality (Manhatta, Union Square Café), and alums from nearby favorite Porchlight are behind the menu and operations. Cedric’s design resembles a mid-century modern living room, one where you can settle into a Knoll chair and sip on cocktails like the Fanfare Martini with cucumber mint vodka and celery leaf. Look for more twists on classic drinks like the negroni and the old-fashioned, plus a menu of shareable plates like popcorn and martini-flavored olives.
