Chillhouse

Out of Business

Description

A coffee shop, nail salon and massage boutique exists in the Lower East Side, and as its name suggests, it's pretty chill. The spot’s laid-back, cool-girl vibe makes this the perfect spot to not only get your caffeine fix but indulge in some always-needed self-care. This downtown haven is the brainchild of Taste the Style founder Cyndi Ramirez and the team behind The Garret, so you know the drinks like a Gold Latte made with turmeric and the Henri Matisse–inspired nail art (featuring ever-changing designs and styles) are the definition of cool. There are also 25-, 50- and 80-minute massages, including one targeted at curing hangovers.

The hotspot now offers an easy-to-use membership plan where patrons can collect monthly allotments coined "Chill Bills" to be used in exchanged for services. The array of perks include: 15 Chill Bills for $110 or 10 Chill Bills for $75, 10 percent off all additional treatments, 10 percent off all products available in store and on Chillhouse.com, 10 percent off cafe items, VIP access to members only events and panels, occasional treats from brand partners and more.
