Evil Twin Brewing

Description

After several years as an itinerant brewer, Evil Twin founder Jeppe Jarnit-Bjergsø (twin brother of Mikkeller Brewing’s Mikkel Borg Bjergsø) established a permanent home for his operation in Ridgewood. This taproom’s 20 rotating drafts feature unusual ingredients (think lychee, sherry powder and marshmallow) with snarky, city-themed names (“I Doubt This Bodega Has Any of the Things on My Grocery Shopping List”) that have come to define the Danish brand. Jarnit-Bjergsø keeps drinkable lagers on tap to appeal to non-beer nerds, who will also enjoy the coffee shop and cocktail program coming soon to the brewery.
