Description
Near the glossy high-rise development booming along Long Island City’s waterfront, one can still find some authentic Queens history in this 100-year-old watering hole. Not far from MoMA’s PS 1, L.I.C. Bar has draft beer, as well as an antique wood bar, exposed-brick walls and original tin ceilings. It's also known for a lively music scene, with bands and singers on different nights of the week as well as an outdoor patio which plays hosts to music events in the warmer months.
