Gil Bouhana, a Milk & Honey alum, leads the mixology program with retro-inspired drinks like the Island Manhattan and Coastal Bee’s Knees (made with lemon, rosemary, gin and honey pollen). The contemporary speakeasy is softly lit and filled with lounge chairs and alcoves but brightened by floor-to-ceiling windows and skyline views.
