The combination social club, music venue and cocktail bar in Soho comes courtesy of Ariel Arce, the restaurateur behind hot spots Air’s Champagne Parlor, Tokyo Record Bar and Niche Niche, which happens to be just upstairs from this new basement venue. Arce’s latest venture hosts regular blues, jazz and soul performances. Settle in for an 8pm or 10pm seating and peruse the list of wines, sakes and sake-based cocktails. For a fun splurge, try a prix-fixe menu option like a half bottle of champagne, one cocktail and a half ounce of caviar.
