Union Pool

Description

Don't let the nondescript exterior turn you off. Union Pool, which was once a pool supply store, isn't entirely appealing from the outside, but the decor and vibe inside more than make up for it. Comfy banquettes surround a centrally located DJ booth, and everyone dances as though no one's watching. Out back, the huge stone patio (with a pond) is open year-round, and most nights, it houses El Diablo Taco Truck for late-night eats. And thanks to the cluster of individual unisex bathrooms, ladies especially will appreciate a shorter-than-usual wait time—they come in handy after a long night of drinking Red Stripe and Pabst Blue Ribbon, two patron favorites.
