Description
Joe Campanale, a former Babbo sommelier, and Gabriel Thompson opened this dark, sexy wine bar in part to capture the overflow from their other West Village restaurants, dell'anima and L'Artusi. The place is jumping, especially on weekend nights, with groups of pretty girls in the latest footwear sampling from a light menu of panini, salads, salami and cheese. Organic and biodynamic wines dominate, and there's also a compelling cocktail and beer list.
