Big Pun Mural

Description

Artist collective Tats Cru honored their friend and South Bronx native Christopher Rios, aka Big Pun, with this memorial mural stretched along the side of a jewelry shop just across the Bronx River from where the late rapper grew up. After being discovered by fellow Bronx rapper Fat Joe, Big pun went on to become the first solo Latino hip-hop artist to have a Platinum record.
