An overhead view of a table filled with various dishes including a bread roll, hot dog topped with slaw, fried fish, sliced meats, colorful salads, and glasses of red and white wine. Hands reach in to serve and enjoy the meal.
A person pours rosé wine into a glass on a wooden table. Nearby, there are glasses of white and red wine, a plate of Caesar salad, a serving of rolls with butter, and a dish of meat with greens.
Modern bar interior featuring a terrazzo countertop with wooden stools arranged neatly around it. Shelves with an assortment of glassware are mounted on the wall. Warm lighting enhances the cozy ambiance.

Description

Cora is a New-American wine bar in the West Village from partners sommelier Emmeline Zhao, executive chef Joseph Bliffen and pastry chef Janice Sung (also the trio behind Figure Eight). Cora offers a creative, seasonal menu with an in-house bread and pastry program, and one of the largest wine programs in New York City focused on North American producers. Cora, meaning “heart,” and a loving nod to Cornelia Street&, is housed in the former Silver Apricot space and debuts with an intimate 7-seat bar overlooking the bustle of the charming West Village, 6 tables in the dining room and a heated backyard patio.
