De Gustibus Cooking School
Description
Since 1980, Macy’s flagship store has run a cooking school showcasing legendary and rising-star chefs, TV food personalities and wine experts. An online calendar provides details on individual classes and multicourse packages. The fully equipped lecture room with four TV screens and long communal tables can host 60. Each program includes a detailed demo, a Q&A and ample tastings. Given the class size, it’s not as hands-on as other cooking schools in NYC.
