Description
Once a wrecked and abandoned industrial waterfront, Gantry Plaza State Park is now a manicured 12-acre park and promenade running alongside the East River, with breathtaking views of the east side of Manhattan, which can be comfortably enjoyed from riverside chairs and benches. The park includes gardens and playground facilities as well as basketball and handball courts.
