Harbs is a café that began in Japan, making cakes, teas and coffees. Each cake is handcrafted from fresh ingredients, and teas are blended and packaged in Japan, meant to complement the cakes. Coffees are 100% select Arabica beans, roasted in Harbs' Seattle factory. Harbs also offers a limited menu of salads, sandwiches and pastas.
