Description
Accessibility and community are core to the ethos at this yoga studio, which is focused on providing a space that’s hospitable to all and classes (whether online or, when safe, in person) that are affordable. Every level of practitioner is welcomed, and in addition to the expected hatha, vinyasa and hot power yoga options, there are classes specifically tailored to the needs of expectant and postpartum mothers, full-figured teens and adults and those coping with trauma. Belly dancing, meditation and pilates are also offered, if you’re looking to mix things up a bit. The studio gets high marks for its classes for families, kids and teens, with choices for infants, toddlers and adolescents.
