Located in the West Village near the High Line and Whitney Museum, Sandbar has a seafood-heavy menu, with tuna tartare, clam chowder, fish tacos and much more. Specialty cocktails add to the breezy appeal. In other times, High Street on Hudson is an all-day restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.
