The Players Theatre

Description

The Players Theatre, located in Greenwich Village, offers a wide variety of Off-Broadway experiences including family theatre, musicals, plays, Shakespeare, concerts and festivals.  Built in 1907, it is a space for New York performances and rehearsals. The building includes a main stage Off-Broadway theater with 200+ seats, a 50-seat Off-Off-Broadway black box theatre, four rehearsal studios, an office suite for arts organizations and the famous Cafe Wha?, which has been a Greenwich Village mainstay since the 1960s.
