Red Hook Ballfields

Description

Head over to the Red Hook Ballfields to get your game on (or to cheer for one). After being partially closed for environmental renovations, the fields fully reopened in 2022, refreshed with new turf. The grounds also feature picnic tables, a playground, and lots of shady areas for taking a water break. Looking to play with your baseball, softball or soccer league? Reservations for any of the nine fields can be made via the NYC parks website. On weekends, a few Latin American food trucks, including a great pupusa vendor, show up around the main soccer field.
