Robert F. Wagner Jr. Park

Description

Named for Robert F. Wagner Jr.—a former NYC deputy mayor, chairman of the City Planning Commission, president of the Health and Hospitals Corporation and president of the Board of Education—and positioned next to New York's waterfront, this park has one of the most amazing views in the City, including a clear shot of the Statue of Liberty. A nice mix of lawn, flowers and walkways, Robert F. Wagner Jr. Park hosts a number of free events throughout the year. Access to free Wi-Fi is also available here. Be sure to stop by the Museum of Jewish Heritage, located in a corner of the park.
