Founded in 1991, this theater company focuses on a different playwright each season, mounting multiple productions of their work, including revivals, new works and even world premieres. Based out of a Frank Gehry–designed building with three stages, Signature also offers three different residency programs for up-and-coming playwrights to develop and stage works in progress.
