Virgil’s Midtown location was among the first to bring real-deal barbecue to NYC. The to-go offshoot on the Upper West Side has a lot of the same dishes: Texas-style beef brisket, Carolina pulled pork and Memphis pork ribs among them. Sides and desserts are available too.
