Nova York sediou o primeiro grande desfile do Dia do Trabalho do país há mais de um século, e é uma tradição que continua hoje. Este ano, o desfile será realizado no sábado após o Dia do Trabalho, 6 de setembro. As festividades começam às 10h no antigo terreno do desfile, na Quinta Avenida e 44th Street; a procissão vai até a 64th Street.
