Descrição

É 1946, a Segunda Guerra Mundial terminou e a cidade de Nova York está pronta para um ressurgimento. Entre no Jimmy Doyle, um nativo de Nova York com paixão pela música e desejo de se apaixonar; enquanto isso, uma jovem e talentosa cantora, Francine Evans, chega em um ônibus da Filadélfia. Seu romance forma a linha do tempo para esse musical. Baseada vagamente no filme Martin Scorsese de 1977 com o mesmo nome, a produção apresenta novas músicas de John Kander e Fred Ebb com letras adicionais de Lin-Manuel Miranda.
