Celebre a primavera na cidade com o Desfile Persa anual na Madison Avenue até o Madison Square Park. Temporizado para coincidir com as antigas férias de Nowruz, ou seja, o Ano Novo Persa e o início da primavera, a colorida procissão inclui carros alegóricos, música e fantasias tradicionais.
