NYC é uma das cidades mais diversificadas do mundo e este festival anual, agora em seu 15o ano, celebra as muitas culturas internacionais que podem ser encontradas aqui. Realizado em dois sábados de junho no Harlem (1o de junho no Jackie Robinson Park; 22 de junho na St. Nicholas Avenue), o festival apresenta uma ampla variedade de apresentações e música ao vivo, pavilhões de lojas e de comida e programação familiar.
