O Moynihan Train Hall foi inaugurado com instalações específicas do local por Stan Douglas (Penn Station’s Half Century , 2020), Elmgreen & Dragset (The Hive , 2020) e Kehinde Wiley (Go, 2020), as primeiras comissões permanentes dos artistas na cidade. As peças refletem sobre a arquitetura e a história do edifício, especificamente os laços entre o Correio de Farley de 1912, que se converteu para o novo hall de trens, e a Estação original da Pensilvânia, que abriu do outro lado da rua a partir do correio dois anos antes da construção do edifício de Farley.
