O chef Evan Hanczor, do ponto de brunch do sul, Egg, prepara pratos deliciosos em seu restaurante Williamsburg há quase uma década. Um fã de sua comida é a blogueira de estilo Los Angeles Alesia Carter , que recentemente passou um dia explorando a cidade de Nova York com Hanczor.
