Long Island City's Alewife Taproom boasts all the best brews—more than 25 beers on tap—served up with an extensive food menu on two large levels of space with a back patio too. Alewife even has its own brewery, with nearly 10 gracing the menu alongside local NYC-made draughts and those from other parts of the country. Food options include standard bar bites like chips and guac or wings with fried pickles, but also some serious choices like salads, tacos, burgers and mussels. Brunch and kids' menus are available as well.
